In May of 2007 Lindsay told fashion magazine ELLE that she had quit partying only to be arrested for a DUI after a car crash and hit and run. In July 2007 Lindsay Lohan had a second DUI which sent her to jail and then rehab. 50 miles per hour is not that fast but when you’re a little tipsy it’s easy to miss the speed limit sign of only 15 MPH! That’s what happened to Nicole Riche in 2002 resulting in her first DUI. Four years later in September 2006 Nicole drove the wrong way on a freeway to get a second DUI.
